Our Services
Switched Up Electrical is a licensed and insured North Carolina electrical contractor, license U.37396, providing residential and commercial electrical services in Western North Carolina. The services, prices and scope for any job are those stated in the quote or estimate we give you for that job.
Estimates, Scheduling and Appointments
Our quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on what we can see and what you tell us at the time, so conditions found once work begins, such as hidden damage, outdated wiring or code issues, may change the scope or price. We will explain any change and get your approval before doing additional work.
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith. Weather, emergencies and access to the property can affect timing, and we will let you know as soon as possible if a visit needs to move.
Customer Responsibilities
Please give us safe access to the work area, tell us about any known hazards or past electrical problems, and make sure you have the authority to approve work at the property. Pets, vehicles and belongings near the work area should be moved where practical.
Changes and Additional Work
Work outside the original quote is treated as a change. We will describe the change and its cost, and we will not proceed with it until you approve it. Changes required by an inspector or by code to complete the approved work will be discussed with you before they are made.
Payments
Payment terms, including any deposit, are stated on your quote or invoice. Invoices are due as stated on them. We may send invoices and payment requests by email, by text message or through Jobber.
Online Service Requests
Our "Request Service Online" buttons open a request form hosted by Jobber, a third-party scheduling and customer management service. Your use of that form is also subject to Jobber's own terms and privacy policy. Sending a request does not by itself create a contract for work; an agreement begins when you accept a quote or schedule the job with us.
Communications and Text Messages
When you contact us or request service, you agree that we may reply by phone, email or text message about your request, appointments, estimates, service updates, invoices and payments. Text messages are sent only to mobile numbers whose owners agreed to receive them.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or contact us at (828) 200-0837 or switchedupelec@outlook.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
