We use your information to respond to your questions, prepare quotes, schedule and perform electrical work, send appointment and service updates, invoice for completed work and keep records of the jobs we do. We also use technical information to keep the website working, protect our forms from spam and understand how visitors use the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When you send our contact form, the submission is recorded by our website service provider and emailed to Switched Up Electrical so we can reply. The form collects only the fields you see on it. A hidden field helps us filter automated spam and is never shown to visitors.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check that helps confirm a real person is submitting the form. To do this, Turnstile may read information about your browser and device and how you interact with the page. That information is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy and is used to tell people apart from automated traffic.

Our "Request Service Online" buttons open a request form hosted by Jobber, a third-party scheduling and customer management service. Information you enter there is collected and stored by Jobber on our behalf so we can schedule your work, send quotes and invoices, and keep in touch about your job. Jobber handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to read.

If you give us a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about appointments, estimates, service updates, invoices and payments. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop calls or emails we need to complete work you requested. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

When analytics is enabled, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as which pages are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

The website itself does not use cookies for advertising.

Customer reviews shown on this website are loaded from a reviews feed provided through our website platform, which displays reviews customers have already published. Images and other media on the site are delivered through a content delivery network, which receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, in order to send the files to your browser.
